Data Updates: We recently received updates from several boards including:
  • -recertifications for a large group of ABIM records that previously displayed a 12/31/14 expiration date.
  • -ABIM diplomates newly certified in a subspecialty.
  • -Records updating certification status from the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (ABPM&R), the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology (ABOG) and the American Board of Anesthesiology (ANES).
  • -The majority of records with a 3/1/15 reverification date from the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology (ABPN) are now flipped to 3/1/2016. We will receive the remaining files in March.
  • -Records with Focused Practice designation from the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM).

    Mailing Lists
    In order to ensure that our list customers are provided with the most current and accurate mailing information, Elsevier has contracted with Lake Group Media to handle your list needs.

    BoardCertifiedDocs allows you to download or save discrete physician profiles, including groups of specialists, but does not allow exporting of the mailing information to build a list.

    About My Alerts

    Save your searches or lists of individual specialists to your account. You will receive an e-mail message when any of the saved information has been updated, alerting you to the change(s). 

    You can choose to be notified when a saved profile has only a certification update or for any change. In addition, you will be notified when a physician is added or deleted from your search results, based on saved criteria.

    The alerts lists are organized so those with the most recent changes will appear at the top. The My Alerts feature is now available to customers who are recognized by their IP address.
